Главное я выделила жирным. Там ещё всякое.

То есть если министр связи сочтет, что ваш бложик манипулятивный чересчур, то просто отрубит вам лично интернет по звонку. Запрещая провайдерам оказывать вам услуги.

В связи с чем возник вопрос- к чему же такому готовится либеральное правительство, подстраховывая свои коррумпированные и лицемерные задницы?
