Отдел сам по себе неплох, его создали несколько лет назад, по спец-заказу нового главы IT.
Работаем на TIBCO BusinessWorks & TIBCO BusinessEvents, при этом программисты в команде - джаваисты, и технологии TIBCO осваивали уже в процессе работы.

Prime Function:
Accountable for the analysis, design, development, implementation and support of applications in support of the Lines of Business strategies.
Some Specific Functions of This Role:
• Writes high quality and well-documented code according to accepted standards based on user requirements
• Leads in development, testing and implementation of small to mid size initiatives
• Participates in project and team meetings interacting and collaborating with team members and other departments as appropriate
• Contributes to successful completion of project deliverables
• Provides support to team members and application support analyst.
Job Requirements
Thorough in-depth knowledge of design and analysis methodology and application development processes from both an industry and BMO perspective.
University degree or college diploma in Computer Science or equivalent industry experience
Must Have
Knowledge
Solid understanding of SDLC and QA requirements
Strong analytical skills for complex problem solving
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
Good understanding of emerging technologies
Flexible and willing to learn
Technical Skills
Solid understanding of SOA and Event Driven Based Architecture
Hands-on Enterprise Application Integration design/development experience
Hands-on Web Service, JMS, XML, XSLT, XPath, XSD development experience
Experience in Tibco (BusinessWorks, BusinessEvents, EMS, ActiveSpaces)
Relational Database – Oracle
Banking/Financial domain knowledge
